Use this page when the app sends you here from an error state. It explains which routes should still be available and where to go next for access, billing, or support recovery.
These routes should stay reachable even when authenticated areas are failing: sign in, sign up, and this status page.
If billing is inactive, sign in first and use Settings > Billing to reactivate checkout, change plans, or update payment details.
Dashboard pages and API routes remain restricted to authenticated therapists. If access fails unexpectedly, retry once and then contact support with any reference code shown.
